Medal Dash Reviews

I didn’t expect MedalDash to keep me as motivated as it has, and now I kind of regret not trying it earlier. The challenges give me that little extra push to get moving, and the medals make it feel more fun than just tracking steps or workouts. It’s not perfect, but it keeps me coming back way more than I thought it would.

I didn’t really find many race themes that stood out to me. A lot of them felt kind of boring, and I think other customers would probably appreciate having more variety to choose from too.

I ordered from medaldash.com and overall it was a smooth experience. The medal looked really nice, checkout was simple, and it arrived without any real hassle. I don’t have any major complaints and would probably order from them again. Did anyone else have a similar experience with them?

Medal Dash was really well organized overall. Check-in was quick, the route was easy to follow, and the staff were all friendly. I’ll admit it still felt like a lot of effort getting myself there and through the whole thing, but once I was in it, the event itself was smooth and actually fun.

I ordered from medaldash.com assuming it would arrive quickly, but the shipping took way longer than I would’ve liked. I’m probably a little impatient with deliveries since I’m used to faster shipping, but the tracking barely updated, so it felt like I was just left guessing the whole time. I signed up for the 5K it just felt like the right kind of motivation for me. Everything was simple and went smoothly, and my medal showed up faster than I expected. I had a good feeling about trying a virtual race, and it ended up being a fun way to stay active without dealing with a big event.

I ended up needing to cancel my order because I accidentally signed up for the wrong race. The cancel button wasn’t exactly obvious to me, I remember staring at the order page for a minute, checking the little menu and confirmation details, and still not being totally sure where to go. I finally had to email support, which was a bit annoying for something that felt like it should’ve been one click.
To be fair, they did get back to me and the refund came through, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just took a few days longer than I expected, and I kept checking my bank app because the pending charge was still sitting there. Not terrible, just a little clunkier than I hoped...

Delivery went smoothly and showed up right on time. I was kind of rushing around and almost forgot it was coming, so I don’t have much to complain about. No issues at all

The medal showed up packed really safely and neatly. The box wasn’t damaged at all, and it looked nicer than I was expecting. I just wish it had arrived at a better time because I was out and missed it at first, but that’s more bad timing than anything else. Overall, I’m happy with it

The support person was nice and did answer my questions, which I appreciated. The only thing is that it took longer than I expected to hear back, and I had to follow up once, which I regret having to spend extra time on.

In the end, they helped me out and everything was fine, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the response had been quicker, because it could’ve saved me some unnecessary back-and-forth.

It arrived in one piece, the packaging was decent, and it worked for what I needed, kind of like if you just need a basic award for a school event, a small tournament, a work contest, or even something simple for kids’ sports. The price was reasonable too, but the shipping felt a little slow to me. Not painfully slow, just slow enough that I noticed and kept checking the tracking, like when you order a shirt, a birthday gift, or office supplies and start wondering if it’s actually moving. I might order again if I needed something easy and straightforward, like one medal, a few basic awards, or something last-minute that didn’t have to be super fancy. But I’d probably still look around at other sites first, compare prices, shipping, styles, reviews, all that stuff. So yeah, decent experience, just not one that made me immediately think, “This is my go-to place forever.”

I bought one of the medals i’m really happy with it. It’s a nice piece on its own, but knowing part of it helps support charity makes it feel even better... just one of those little purchases you feel good about afterward.
